I am a certified birth doula and licensed massage therapist. I have a passion for supporting women throughout their childbearing years. I own The Womb Wellness Center, a women's wellness studio offering bodywork and birth services to women and families in Northeast Ohio. I am also an Arvigo® Practitioner and Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner and incorporate these bodywork techniques with my clients. This allows me to blend hands on bodywork with relaxation techniques to help ease aches and pains in pregnancy, help prepare women for birth, and support them during the birthing process and beyond.
