I have been a community doula for 10 years in the Bay Area (and even twice in Brazil for family!) I am also a registered nurse and work in the perinatal department of a community clinic in Oakland. I was trained as a doula hands-on by midwives and an OB/GYN who oversaw many homebirths I attended. Most of my experience has been with friends, family and friends of family members. I offer peri-natal services meaning I prefer to be with you during your pregnancy, at the birth and for a few weeks after you have given birth if you want. I doula for both home and hospital births. I specialize in advocacy, birth planning, holistic healing and come with a plethora of resources for all things outside of these things.
