Mooncradle Matrescence supports families in Union, New Jersey and beyond through every stage of the reproductive journey. I guide expectant parents with personalized birth planning, continuous labor support and comfort measures tailored to each body and birth environment. After baby arrives I remain a steady presence, offering hands-on postpartum guidance, feeding support and safe-sleep advocacy.

When families face loss or make difficult choices I hold space without judgment, providing grief-informed bereavement care and non-judgmental abortion support. I also specialize in young parent advocacy, helping first-time teens navigate resources, school and self-care. Virtual companionship and travel services allow me to meet clients where they are, and sliding-scale and complimentary offerings ensure access for those with limited resources.

My practice is rooted in cultural humility and evidence-based methods. As an Afro-Indigenous doula certified by Coco Life and Madriella, with credentials in breastfeeding education, perinatal loss and grief support, and CPR, I bring lived experience and rigorous training to every family I serve.
