During labor and birth, we offer continuous physical, emotional, and informational support, whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, epidural, scheduled induction, cesarean birth, or simply want a knowledgeable advocate by your side. After your baby arrives, we continue supporting your transition into parenthood with postpartum follow-up and newborn guidance.

Our postpartum doulas provide flexible daytime, overnight, and 24-hour support tailored to your family's needs. We assist with newborn care, feeding support, soothing techniques, infant sleep education, sibling adjustment, emotional recovery, and practical household tasks that allow parents to rest and focus on bonding with their baby. We proudly support families with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, formula feeding, multiples, NICU transitions, and parents recovering from both vaginal and cesarean births.

Tracy is the founder and owner of Sweet Dreams Doula. Her extensive 17+ year background working in Pediatrics, Neonatal Intensive Care and Labor & Delivery launched her career as a Postpartum Doula. Tracy's experience and education has set her apart as a highly sought after authority in the field. It is her passion to nurture, support, encourage and educate as a Certified Postpartum Doula, Sleep Coach and Infant Feeding Specialist. Helping new families navigate their first few months brings her immeasurable joy and fulfillment.

Tracy is a native of Syracuse, NY. She relocated to the Raleigh area in 2000 and now calls NC home. Tracy and her husband have four children and three grandchildren. In her free time she loves to scoot off for weekend getaways, read, do puzzles, walk her dog, have family game nights, cook big Sunday dinners and volunteer at her church in the children's ministry.

Michelle has been a certified DONA birth doula and childbirth educator for over 15 years in the Triangle area and has attended a wide spectrum of labors, while supporting over 500 births. She specialize in pregnancy health and education, normalizing birth, newborn needs, breastfeeding, and holistic care.

The majority of Michelle's knowledge and skills have been built over the years by carefully taking in each woman's birth journey as she supports mama and her partner. Every woman will give birth in her own unique way, which is why supporting birth cannot solely come from a method, manual, or book.

Michelle is also part of the Triangle Doula Collective as a support and back-up system - TDC is the most experienced doula group in the Triangle area with over 70 years of combined experience.
